Conflict Armor is a unique course designed to equip professionals with the skills and knowledge to resolve workplace disputes. Through a combination of lectures, case studies, and practical exercises, students will learn how to apply the principles of hostage negotiation to a workplace context. They will learn how to identify and de-escalate conflict, build rapport, and communicate effectively with difficult individuals.
